How to bring a project like basmati - authentic help to a wider audience? Easy: The same way, so many other things are promoted nowadays - thru the web and its social network platforms. So a couple of weeks ago we started our own sites on these two web 2.0 epitomes.
While the facebook group is just there to link people with our main site basmati.ch we try another approach with flickr. On the one hand we upload fotos taken from our projects and our research trips. On the other hand, we invite all other flickr members to contribute to our group with anything linked to our projects or their "surroundings". By any chance, if you use one or both of these networks you're more than welcome to join!
