Education, health, human rights, environment, animal protection - our field of activity is wide and offers many interesting possibilities of support. In order for us to continue to support our organisations and projects in the future, we are dependent on your help.
Environment
While climate change is currently the predominant topic in the western world, in Southeast Asia there is still work to be done on elementary processes of environmental protection, for example in waste management, combating pollution of soil, water and air, introducing sustainable agriculture and forestry, etc.
The most essential problems in Southeast Asia are still the access to clean drinking water and safe sanitary facilities. In Laos and Cambodia, our focus countries, in particular, the legacies of past wars are also obstacles on the way to a future worth living.
With your support, we help people to shape their environmental behaviour in a sustainable manner and thus to take the path to an improved quality of life.

AHC
Kambodscha
Als das Angkor Hospital for Children (AHC) 1999 offiziell seine Pforten öffnete, bestand das Kinderkrankenhaus gerade mal aus drei Kambodschanischen Ärzten, zehn Krankenschwestern, zahlreichen freiwilligen medizinischen Helfern – und einem Krankenhausbett. Heute hat das AHC seine ursprüngliche Vision, ein «Weltklasse-Krankenhaus für Kambodschaner, geführt von Kambodschanern» zu sein, erfolgreich umgesetzt.
APOPO/ CMAC

Mit dem richtigen Tool zu schnellerem Erfolg - im Falle von APOPO sind das vor allem die HeroRats, speziell ausgebildete afrikanische Riesenratten, welche die Minenräumung in den letzten zwei Jahrzehnten revolutioniert haben. Seit 2015 kommen die HeroRats auch in Kambodscha zum Einsatz.
RDI-C
Kambodscha
Die Tontöpfe der RDI-C sind eine Sensation. Aus Lehm und Reisstroh werden einfachste aber höchst effektive Wasserfilter hergestellt, die Leben retten und beinahe nichts kosten. Und das ist nur eine von vielen Innovationen und Ideen, mit denen RDI-C das Leben der Kambodschaner seit Jahren verbessert.
